Need a hand with Blozzum (iPad) or Blozzum Bitty (iPhone & iPad)? Most questions are answered below. If you’re still stuck, we’re happy to help.

Pick a shape (or load a factory preset), then give it sound: switch on the microphone or load an audio file. Bind parameters like size, color, and rotation to the beat, the continuous signal, or to triggers you set. In Blozzum, a built-in guided tour walks you through reactivity and composition — take it on first launch or anytime from the menu.
Both apps ask for two permissions, and only use them as described:
You can change either permission anytime in your device’s Settings under the app’s entry. If visuals aren’t reacting to sound, check that microphone access is enabled there.
Blozzum and Blozzum Bitty render in real time on the GPU, which can make your device run warm and use battery quickly — especially during long sessions or live shows. We recommend keeping an eye on your battery level and plugging in when you can. If the full Blozzum feels like too much for your device, Blozzum Bitty runs a lighter, more battery-friendly engine.
Purchases are handled by Apple through in-app purchase and tied to your Apple ID; there’s no separate account or login.
Manage or cancel a subscription anytime in Settings > [your name] / Apple ID > Subscriptions (or via the App Store account screen). Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Restore purchases: if you reinstall or switch devices, use the “Restore Purchases” option in the app to recover a lifetime purchase or active subscription.
Refunds are handled by Apple — request one through Apple’s Report a Problem page.
You can export your visuals as a video (H.264 or HEVC, up to 4K, with optional audio) straight to your photo library, from a few seconds up to several minutes. If an export doesn’t appear, confirm the app has photo-library access in Settings.
Connect your device to an external display, TV, or projector and the generative imagery fills that screen on its own — controls and overlays stay on your device. In Blozzum this is part of Blozzum Pro (watermark-free); in Blozzum Bitty it’s part of Bitty Plus.
Connect a MIDI controller to map knobs, pads, and keys to parameters and play the app like an instrument. MIDI is included with Blozzum Pro and with Blozzum Bitty Plus.
Neither app collects, stores, or transmits personal data. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
