This Privacy Policy explains how Blozzum and Blozzum Bitty, iOS apps provided by Muddlegeist Inc. (“Muddlegeist,” “we,” “us”), handle information. It applies to both apps; in this policy, “the app” means whichever one you use.
Blozzum does not require you to create an account, register, or sign in. We do not create user profiles and do not ask for your name, email address, or other identifying information to use the app.
With your permission, Blozzum can use your device’s microphone to analyze audio in real time so that it can drive the generative visuals. This audio is processed entirely on your device. It is not recorded, not stored, and not transmitted to us or to anyone else. We never receive your audio. You can grant or revoke microphone access at any time in your device’s Settings.
With your permission, Blozzum can save videos you export to your device’s photo library. This access is used only to save the videos you choose to export. Blozzum does not read, scan, browse, or upload your existing photos or videos. You can grant or revoke photo access at any time in your device’s Settings.
Any purchases — a Blozzum Pro or Blozzum Bitty Plus subscription, or a lifetime purchase — are processed by Apple through in-app purchase. Apple handles all payment and billing. We do not receive your payment card number or billing details. Apple’s handling of purchase information is described in Apple’s Privacy Policy.
Blozzum contains no third-party analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or tracking software. We do not use cookies, advertising identifiers, or any technology to track you across apps or websites.
Essentially none. Blozzum does not collect personal data from you through the app. The content you create stays on your device and in any location where you choose to save or share it.
Blozzum is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the app does not collect personal data from anyone, it does not collect personal data from children.
Because we do not collect or receive your personal data, we do not retain any. Anything you create or export remains under your control on your device or wherever you save it.
You control Blozzum’s access to your microphone and photo library through your device’s Settings, and you can change those permissions at any time. Since we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing on our side to access, correct, or delete.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
