Need a hand with Sploopy for iPhone and iPad? Most questions are answered below. If you’re still stuck, we’re happy to help.

Permissions

Sploopy asks only for the permission it needs, and uses it on your device:

• Photo Library — used to save what you create, and to bring in your own photos or videos if you choose. Sploopy doesn’t upload or transmit your library.

You can grant or revoke photo access anytime in your device’s Settings under Sploopy. If saving isn’t working, check that photo access is enabled there.

Unlocking the full app

Sploopy is free to download, with an optional one-time in-app purchase that unlocks additional features. It’s handled by Apple through in-app purchase and tied to your Apple ID (no separate account). There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

• Restore purchases: if you reinstall Sploopy or set up a new device, use “Restore Purchases” in the app to recover your unlock with the same Apple ID.
• Refunds are handled by Apple — request one through Apple’s Report a Problem page.

Saving & sharing

What you create is saved to your device’s photo library. If something you saved doesn’t appear, confirm Sploopy has photo-library access in Settings, then try again.

Privacy

Sploopy does not collect, store, or transmit personal data. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
