This Privacy Policy explains how Sploopy, an app provided by Muddlegeist Inc. (“Muddlegeist,” “we,” “us”), handles information. It applies to the Sploopy app.
Sploopy does not require you to create an account, register, or sign in. We do not create user profiles and do not ask for your name, email address, or other identifying information to use the app.
Any device permissions Sploopy requests — such as the microphone, camera, or media access — are used only on your device to power the app’s features. They are not recorded or transmitted by us, except in content you choose to save or export. You can grant or revoke each permission at any time in your device’s Settings.
Any subscription is processed by Apple through in-app purchase. Apple handles all payment and billing. We do not receive your payment card number or billing details. Apple’s handling of purchase information is described in Apple’s Privacy Policy.
Sploopy contains no third-party analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or tracking software. We do not use cookies, advertising identifiers, or any technology to track you across apps or websites.
Essentially none. Sploopy does not collect personal data from you through the app. The content you create stays on your device and in any location where you choose to save or share it.
Sploopy is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the app does not collect personal data from anyone, it does not collect personal data from children.
Because we do not collect or receive your personal data, we do not retain any. Anything you create or save remains under your control on your device or wherever you save it.
You control Sploopy’s access to any device permissions through your device’s Settings, and you can change them at any time. Since we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing on our side to access, correct, or delete.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
