Splivid — Support

Need a hand with Splivid for iPad? Most questions are answered below. If you’re still stuck, we’re happy to help.

Permissions

Splivid asks only for the permissions it needs, and uses them on your device:

• Camera — used on-device to power Splivid’s features. It isn’t recorded or transmitted by us, except in content you choose to save or export.
• Microphone — used on-device; your audio is never recorded, stored, or sent anywhere, except in content you choose to save or export.
• Photo Library — used to save what you export, and to bring in your own media if you choose.

You can grant or revoke any of these anytime in your iPad’s Settings under Splivid. If a feature isn’t working, check that the relevant permission is enabled there.

Subscription

Splivid is free to download. An optional Splivid Pro subscription (Monthly or Annual) removes the watermark from the canvas, recordings, and exports, and enables external-display output. It’s handled by Apple through in-app purchase and tied to your Apple ID (no separate account).

• Manage or cancel anytime in Settings > [your name] / Apple ID > Subscriptions (or via the App Store account screen). Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Restore purchases: if you reinstall or switch devices, use “Restore Purchases” in the app to recover an active subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple — request one through Apple’s Report a Problem page.

Saving & exporting

Content you save or export is written to your photo library. If an export doesn’t appear, confirm Splivid has photo-library access in Settings.
