This Privacy Policy explains how klippklön, an iPad app provided by Muddlegeist Inc. (“Muddlegeist,” “we,” “us”), handles information. It applies to the klippklön app.
klippklön does not require you to create an account, register, or sign in. We do not create user profiles and do not ask for your name, email address, or other identifying information to use the app.
With your permission, klippklön can use your device’s microphone so you can record audio directly into the app. This audio is processed on your device. It is not transmitted to us or to anyone else; anything you record stays in the app and wherever you choose to save it. We never receive your audio. You can grant or revoke microphone access at any time in your device’s Settings.
With your permission, klippklön can import audio from your device’s music and media library so you can use your own samples. This access is used only to bring the audio you choose into the app, and is processed on your device. klippklön does not upload or transmit your library. You can grant or revoke this access at any time in your device’s Settings.
Any subscription is processed by Apple through in-app purchase. Apple handles all payment and billing. We do not receive your payment card number or billing details. Apple’s handling of purchase information is described in Apple’s Privacy Policy.
klippklön contains no third-party analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or tracking software. We do not use cookies, advertising identifiers, or any technology to track you across apps or websites.
Essentially none. klippklön does not collect personal data from you through the app. The content you create stays on your device and in any location where you choose to save or share it.
klippklön is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the app does not collect personal data from anyone, it does not collect personal data from children.
Because we do not collect or receive your personal data, we do not retain any. Anything you create or save remains under your control on your device or wherever you save it.
You control klippklön’s access to your microphone and music library through your device’s Settings, and you can change those permissions at any time. Since we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing on our side to access, correct, or delete.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
